We Have A No Refund Policy In Our Local Boutique. This Is Due To Customers Buying, Wearing & Then Returning Clothing After A Special Occasion, Pageant, Wedding, Banquet, Conference Or Camp Meeting.

However, We Will Exchange Your Website Item If:
1) Item Has A Manufacturer Defect That Was Overlooked During Inspection. 
2) The wrong item, or size was shipped to you from our staff.
3) The item that you ordered does Not Fit Properly, or you are not happy with the style, fit etc(Customer is responsible for return shipping both ways on #3).

For Online Orders Contact Must Be Made Within The Same Week That The Item Is Shipped To You.  
If The Correct Size Is Not Available, You May Use Your Store Credit Towards Anything On Our Website, Or In Our Store. 

All items bought in store, or on our website must be exchanged within 14 days, unworn, with tags attached.
