Welcome to Dress Like An Angel! I’m Felicia Shields, and I’ve been helping women find beautiful, modest clothing at honest prices since 1990. I hand-pick every piece with quality, style, and affordability in mind, because dressing beautifully shouldn’t mean spending a fortune.

Our boutique is in Starks, Louisiana, where I live with my wonderful husband, Jeremy. We have two daughters, Hannah and Tamara, and two sons-in-law, (Morgan) Chaddick and (Austin) Garrett. We’re also proud grandparents to Knox and Mila Chaddick.

Faith, family, and community are at the heart of our lives. Jeremy is the pastor and founder of Calvary Apostolic Church, established in 1993, and we love serving our church and our community together.
